Samsung ML-2851ND Review
The Samsung asserts the ML-2851ND has been”the world’s tiniest duplex built-in mono laser printer” directly on the front of the printer. While I’ll not bet my name to this assert, the ML-2851ND is light and compact, weighing in at 26.2 pounds. Insert its measurements — 14.3 x 14.5 x 8.3 inches — and also you’ve got a legitimate background printer. The design is kind of plain but that I wouldn’t mind using it in perspective; in reality, I enjoy the dark grey-black and top control panel. It’s kind of a stretch calling the 1 button along with two protections a control panel but you are the judge. Samsung ML-2851ND Drivers & Software for Mac OS X
Samsung ML-2851ND Design and Features
The Samsung ML-2851ND is not much to check at. It appears unsurprisingly much like each other mono laser presently in the marketplace. We would not call it nasty; more like completely forgettable.
The cover of the unit includes one massive power button and among 2 LCDs for electricity and print status. The input feeds to the bottom and can grip the conventional 250 sheets of newspaper; Samsung also provides the choice to buy another 250-sheet drawer as an attachment. The Samsung does have an extra tray on the front for only sheet packs, but the Samsung ML-2851ND is as simple as you can get at a mono laser, without any bells or whistles apart from a built-in duplexer for printing double-sided sheets of newspaper.
Samsung ML-2851ND Performance
You can connect the printer to a computer using a USB 2.0 cable (not included) or via a system by means of a router. Attaching it to a network is as simple as installing the driver on the host computer then simply connecting an Ethernet cable from the printer into your router. From beginning to finish, we closely joined the server computer and two tangential computers into the ML-2851ND in under 10 minutes.
Additionally, it boasts a text-enhancement alternative in addition to a toner saves mode which, in accordance with Samsung, will reduce toner consumption around 40 percent intake.
